Excellent race for Jaque :d

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

Basic quota for Greece and Hungary (quite controversially, since Ponya was not supposed to race today...).

Bosnia and Herzegovina joins Northern Macedonia on the sidelines....

That's odd indeed. The rule was (different from what I was thinking) top-10 in the qualifying race plus under 180 points on the FIS list (so not specifically in the qualifying race), but even so, Ponya being a biathlete doesn't have those points. Weird.

Meanwhile, the updated rankings (again, manually, so the usual disclaimer). It's going to be incredibly interesting/important to see who'll compete where in these last few races where points can be scored.

Serbia should also be new among those with basic quota

Bendika gets some air time

and german commentators from Eurosport didn't knew she is a biathlete.

I’ve told this story before, but about a decade back most commentators did not realise that the Kaisa Mäkäräinen who competed on the Biathlon Tour & the Kaisa Maekaeraeinin who competed on the Cross Country Tour were the same person.
