I was just thinking about how insanely 'empty' the slogans and mottos of multi-sports events always are, and so, here's a list of 10 questions. In every one of them, one is a real slogan of a relatively recent event, the rest is...well, just as empty, but made up entirely. There are some very easy ones in there, but still, who gets the most? One point for guessing which one is a real slogan, two extra points if you name the event correctly. Answers in a spoiler, please :p

I'm trying, but it's very hard ! Are there any future events in the list ?

Maybe, you could post the list of the events you chose to make it easier.

I have made a few changes, didn't fact check my list well enough so there were some mistakes it seemed :p

Now it should all be correct. I will not post the events as of yet, but can give a bit of a hint: eight out of ten are from 2014 onwards, while none are either in the future or more than 20 years ago.

    • The Technical director of the Dutch Olympic Committee has, using his discretionary powers, decided to include them in the team. He cites “extra-ordinary circumstances”, but has not stated what they are. The use of these powers is quite rare. They were used in 2022 to nominate an alpine-skier.

    • I think the points from the test event should be simple to figure out since WC points from 15th on (continuing through the nations cup races) just count down by 1. Why would it be any different? The only thing that would be uncertain is whether Li and Fischnaller get 1 or 0.
