Colombia looking good against Canada.

rather, Canada looking outstandingly bad against Colombia...

by the way, I'm already "hot" for our big game against Venezuela...should we make another upset like Thursday's, we'd be through to the next round and VEN would be unbelievably out of the tournament...but I'm just dreaming...the previous match-ups between ITA and VEN don't speak in our favor at all...

Yes, right after I wrote this Canada gave a free walk point to Colombians.

I'm not a baseball expert.. we have any chance to win against Venezuela? I know only that they have very good MLB player

honestly, it would be a huge upset if we beat VEN...I mean, we can play...we also have a very good number of MLB players, but VEN is filled up with real MLB superstars...

moreover, we are not that good in the pitchers department...

but if we can find a good day on the mound and VEN doesn't take the game too seriously (like they did the other night against PUR), then there's room for the previously named "huge upset"...

but we need to keep the game close in the early innings...for sure we won't get another "remuntada" like 2 days ago...

the beginning is very promising...Gaviglio looked quite sharp in the first outing and we've already hit their pitcher hard...right now, 1-0 for us...c'mon guys! :fingers:

    • This came out on the official website yesterday. Updated list of events and competition schedules in Japanese.   Padel and Teqball are on the schedules. Looks like two events for Padel and five for Teqball.   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会競技プログラム.pdf   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会デイリースケジュール.pdf   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会セッションスケジュール.pdf   On the sports programme PDF, Padel is #25 and Teqball is #38.
    • looks like the agreement is the international federations are in fact hosting the event, not the AG organizers, so everything is up to them to make it happen.   Teqball is now confirmed to have 5 events (singles and doubles) does it mean easy 5 gold medals for Thailand ?   Padel is not 100% confirmed yet. I assume there are still talks ongoing between the IF and the Japanese organizers.
    • I feel like this year's Eurovision is more wide open than ever 😂   There isn't a clear favorite, and that makes everything more exciting. Finland is looking strong, sure, but Ukraine always knows how to surprise people and connect with them. I was checking out the odds a bit, and I was struck by how quickly they're rising.   By the way, I found a site that compares the odds pretty clearly: https://casasdeapuestaseurovision.com/   It’s nothing special, but it gives you an idea of how things are shaping up before the semifinals. Although we all know how this goes… at Eurovision, everything can change in a matter of minutes
