I hope that USADA is doing their job.

I am not implying anything but improving Barnes' WR who was using PS throughout most part of his career should be carefully checked.

I doubt/hope not that it will be ratified. It was a clear foul (like most of his throws). Not surprised that American athletics doesn’t really care about the rules though ...

:USA Ryan Crouser set a world record in the men's shot put during the very first event of the US Olympic trials - 23.37m.

Now all the world knows the name of his home town - Boring, Oregon.

It is more than obvious that he is dirty, but American athletics certainly won’t take another medal contender out of the game. Someone like Ajee Wilson got away without a problem as well. Too bad that American money rules, otherwise the US might be in danger of getting the same treatment as Russian athletics.

I agree, money they invest in sports must be payed of, no matter what.

If i am not mistaken, USADA has sole authority over USA athletes, meaning that USA athletes arent tested by independent ADAs. Someone should correct me if i am wrong.

Is that fair? Surely not. One national antidoping agency cant be above all the others.

50 cm improvement must be checked. If he is clear - well done.

We dont need another Armstrong, Marion Jones or Justin Gatlin.

Where is this foul? I can't see it.

    • some changes in the team and less importance to the sport, the two big teams until 2022/2023 ( and ) in south america started to decrease a lot and in the other hand the 3rd in South America () is growing a lot, is really impressive. We are currently the favourites for the LA2028 quota
    • Last few weeks of the World Cup season for winter sports (and Junior Worlds, depending on streaming), Men's Curling Worlds, Saquarema Elite 16, and some tennis   That's it unless I'm missing something, not much going on    Which is a good thing honestly, very busy next couple of weeks.
    • What happened to Brazil's women's team? On the other hand it looks like Argentina may be the top South American team on the women's side. Defeating Spain, China and South Africa was unlikely up until this year
    • These are the teams I think will qualify for the WC this window:           Hoping for some debutants to qualify!
    • defeats  7-5 for gold, Schwaller goes from junior world champions to world champions only two years later   win bronze 8-5 over
    • Honestly, it’s not very clear what is happening in Italy — anything could happen. There is extremely high turnout, and no pollster, politician, or newspaper had predicted it; now they’re all there throwing out data. No one has any idea why people voted, also because it was very technical and almost empty polling stations were expected. It will be interesting to understand whether this is a protest vote against the government or a protest vote against the judiciary.
