Nope. She wins because of technical points, some of the judges still gave higher interpretation pts to Kostner (and usually all of them to that...).

I'm from a city in Canada where the greats have trained, worked in the arena where they put on shows all the time.  I have seen my share of figure skating.  Gold medals make everything more enjoyable, though.
