Yup, that's I thought would happen  although Latvia, Vietnam and Switzerland are below three participations, so it's a bit easier to have a good record. The huge surprise for me is that Germany is so high up and @Vektor really pulled through for Hungary there  is the newest contest already added to this?

They are.

 

@heywoodu is the one who dropped the ball this year, with only one medal at each edition, causing The Netherlands to drop from 5.2 to 4.5 medals per participation.

Yeah like having India placed 4th in all time points in all of US jury votes  ( Overall  or Individual Jury) I appreciate it very much. Since you like the preferences very much I hope you too have  overall  total placing India in at least top 10
