Given by the refs according to our federation,

it was 3-0

anayway Lundgarrd and Fahem have no chance against Butsenko :UKR in quarter

so no regret

According to our federation, the first round was pretty close and could be given to the algerian, while the 2nd should have been danish (3rd one was given to Denmark)

definitely a better afternoon session for Italy...

Cavallaro won easily his bout and now he's only 1 win away from an Olympic berth (just like Picardi)...and he's going to start as the heavy favorite in the next match...

on the other hand, Vianello just completed the masterpiece of the day for us, beating the better known Chinese giant Mu...

so, we still have 3 chances...if we qualify 2 boxers, we can be happy...

I did not expect our boxers to get this far :yikes:

Lacruz is one win away from a quota and could still get one if he loses (depending on Qatar's Turk winning) and Korving is in the semi-finals and needs only two more wins..

He'll fight against the boxer with the most awesome name btw, Cam Awesome

Btw, Ukraine's Dmytro Mytrofanov received a spare Olympic berth from Turkey in the APB World Rankings. Turkey's Adem Kılıçcı was suspended for a re-tested doping sample on steroids.

    • It’s honestly baffling how bad she was in 2018. Just absolutely lost her head. Real shame too because she is so gifted. I do hope Li Jianrou sends her a Christmas card every year tho, she was absolutely gifted a gold medal by Christie in 2014.
    • Oh I’m not done yet, unfortunately. From the names that could be back but are still injured   Courtney Hoffos Mikael Kingsbury (should be back before the Olympics) Connor Howe (he returned, but nowhere close to his best so his injury is still giving him issues) Connor Bedard Meryeta O’Dine Megan Oldham
