Ok, I appreciate not many people here understand cricket, but everyone understands a disaster. Stuart Broad :ENG serves up the single worst spell of bowling in about 150 years of international cricket.  What makes it even worse is that :IND Jasprit Bumrah is a specialist bowler, not a batsman at all.

There were a lot of memes about this here about how Stuart Board hasn't changed in so many years. He conceded 6 sixes in 2007 T20 WC now 35 runs 😂

:PNG Needed 5 runs from last 2 overs with 3 wickets in hand .

Over 19 - 1wicket, 2 runs

It came to 3 runs required of 6 balls with 2 wickets in hand.

Ayu Kurnia who had bowled just 1 over in the match until then was given the responsibility of the final over. First ball LBW, 2nd ball bowled and Indonesia were into the World Cup.

I think that the T20 format is still not easy enough to understand.

Here's my T4x4 proposal:

  • Each team bowls 4 sets of 4 overs each.
  • After a team bowls a set, they change roles (like in baseball).
  • A set ends prematurely if the bowling team has two outs.

Thats impressive result for Indonesia. My umpiring mentor who evaluated my first stage comes from Singapore. These countries are having good cricketing imports from Asian subcontinent.

This is an special performance  since the team is 100% Indonesian born coming from multiple youth and senior tournaments.

Led by Wesika the team is brilliant with the ball just needs a decent performance with bat. They had an extremely disciplined bowling with very less extras given .

    • this is not funny at all, pal
    • I think I can live with the draw , not a bad group at all. just a week ago our mafia coach said his dream group is Belgium, Egypt and Haiti, he almost got that !   but it's really hard for me (and so many others) to cheer for this team, A mafia boss coach, disgusting group of players. I never had this feeling about any NT in any sport before but still the national team is the national team. you have to like it  coaches and players come and go, the team is what matters.   if the team makes it to the competition, I'm sure there will be lots of Iranians in the stadium despite the orange's ban, that will never be a problem.
    • Belgium is the luckiest in this story
    • One of the worst possible draw for us. Group really easy but having to face  or  in the Round of 32 is devastating.
    • Always dreamed Gretzky will draw Slovakia was another moment I can already remove from my things to do before die list
    • Finland have been awful in almost all winter sports, well beside ice hockey and cross-country from time to time, for a lot of years. It's very good to see them building people to challenge for wins again. Their new coach has done wonders it seems.
    • 14th June in Philadelphia against Cote d´Ivoire   20th June inToronto against Curacao   and 25th June in Philadeplphia to kick out  home    Not easy, but not the most difficult group. Should be okay. Vamos
