Excluding the relay might score its first Top 10 in Olympic luge since 1976 (yeah, only 11 starters here). -
I really dislike the current format for aerials, I kinda wish it has more of a big air like format, but I think one run is fine for moguls. There is enough consistency run to run for the favourites to usually win while leaving some room for upsets.

Curiosities of watching the Olympics in the on NBC: They'll superimpose images on top, like giving us speeds in MPH for the skiing (and how far behind in feet at the end of the run). Also, we don't have the TM in many of the graphics. -
Italians can improve their run as well. Still, the Germans will win it easily if they have a clean one. -

Does seem a bit unfair that Women's Doubles Luge gets into the Games & Women's Nordic Combined does not. Standards in NC are way highers. -
Maybe in the second run we'll use a real sledge and not a piece of wood with wheels -
Eitberger/Matschina only 0.022 behind with two mistakes There is no way Voetter/Oberhofer are hanging on in the 2nd run. -
Bad sign. Austria and Germany, with the same quality of runs, beat Italy by at least 0.2-0.3 seconds of a point.

They completely messed up a turn, even doing two waves. Only they know how they could have gone so fast, absurd equipment. Someone should take a lighter and heat up their skates
