Why on Wiki certain quotas marked red? like JP Tobin quota for New Zealand in Men's RS:X

he declared he will reject this quota cuz of lack of financing from NZ fed

I guess it will be formally rejected eventually as New Zealand doesn't have a depth in men's RS:X and they are not a kind of nation that would send anyone to the Olympics just to fill in the numbers.

At the 2015 RS:X Worlds they had a sailor (not JP Tobin) that finished in 60th place. They didn't have anyone at this year's Worlds.

Looks like Egypt pulled out of Nacra 17 regatta, meaning that Tunisia takes African quota by default.

Its official that Germany will be represented by Heil/Plößel (mens 49er) and Jurczok/Lorenz (womens 49er).

Attachment is the great fabricator of illusions; reality can be obtained only by someone who is detached.
