The women's team pursuit with those 2 and Chloe Dygert wining a gold medal finally was a top one for me.  A few others:  the women's team foil, the mixed medley relay. and the 4th qtr of the USA-Serbia basketball semi.

One of the biggest hypes of the Olympics among non sports fans, definitely not underrated in any way  (deservedly so, of course!)
