Nah, I'm thinking 60+ for a home Olympics. 30 from only swimming and athletics and another 30 from the other sports.

 

Now in Paris they are practically at 20 from swimming & athletics, plus around 20 from the other sports, so it should be expected they can add 10 more each as hosts.

 

This will be China's best opportunity for a few Games, as they have exceeded in a bunch of sport, which won't happen in LA and Brisbane I reckon.
