It probably all depends on how we define a 'lock'...say, 95% chance at least? In that case I'd absolutely not put McLaughlin there :d 

After what we saw today, I would say Bol is more of a lock.

 

Adding on here, I would love to see both of them attempt the double.

Neither of them is a lock when we don’t know what McLaughlin is capable of.
