A lot of sprinters don’t say they’re going to break the WR nearly every time they race, and don’t get anywhere near it though

I wouldn't completely rule out . A certain someone split 49.7 in the World Relays in what is her only outing this season. Obviously, this would be reliant on her getting a time before the Q period closes but I believe that the Bahamas National Champs are this week...

I think it’s possible, but I wouldn’t say it for sure will happen. Some athletes will crumble under pressure, and* be nowhere near their PB’s. Others will thrive. Personally, I’m thinking 49.15 or so.

2023 women’s discus throw World Champion  Laulauga Tausaga will not be going to the Olympics, as she bombs out with 3 no marks in qualification at the US Olympic Trials 

Whats going on with the throwing events

Marquis Dendy also will not qualify for the Olympics with a best mark of 7.65m in the men’s long jump final at the US Olympic Trials.

 

Wont be seeing him and his bucket hat at Paris  @Olympian1010
