Today's medal races already delayed for more than 2 hours.

It would seem like all danish sailors have a bad day during these games!

So, the "delay flag" has been brought down and the "D-flag" has been brought up with the Laser flag under it. According to Bouwmeester's brother this means they are going to go onto the water right now, but he thinks it's mostly a last ditch attempt to try and sail today. Most likely scenario is that they'll go on the water now and get back without racing. 

 

Hopefully it will be that, because a medal race with basically no wind would just turn the whole thing in a shitty lottery.

Lobke Berkhout (our 5-time 470 world champ) is analyzing this and agrees with Bouwmeester's brother: "They're going to go on the water but I doubt they will actually race."
