I don't give a damn whether it's Chelimo or Edris or Ahmed who takes a medal to be honest, but Lagat taking one at 41, 12 years after his last, is awesome :)

Another american grandpa winning a medal in an event that is 100% about endurance, just ridiculous. First Armstrong and now Lagat. If Deena Kastor would announce her comeback tomorrow, then i would immediately bet all my money on her winning the gold in womens marathon in 2020.

Attachment is the great fabricator of illusions; reality can be obtained only by someone who is detached.

Even the slow races are suspicious?

It was 16 seconds slower than his PB. That's quite a bit in a 1500m!
