this is natural method very efficacious, yours  won't working :bye:

Mine already worked mate :p

And I didn't need to be half buried in the sand for it.

If heywoodu's method doesn't work, I wonder how I've managed to lose 8,5kg since new year (and I even planned to lose just 1 kg per month) :p

Exactly, and I wonder how I've managed to go from 100kg to 80kg between May and (early) December last year :p

heywoodu's method didn't working with you

you just stopped the fastfood

you just have to eat fries+soda and you will rewin quickly these weight that  you had losed

I've never been much of a fast food eater (I even think I've eaten slightly more of it for the last couple of years where I've been losing weight than before that).

But you're saying that if I take a sand bath I can eat as much as I want and not gain weight?

Yeah and if you take a bath in the sand you just stop eating normal food so you lose weight. Duh.

you don't know what it is i see

few minutes under this hot sand like if you did 2 hours of cycling , sweat sweat sweat ...

people look very healthy after few bath

Simply sweating doesn't make you lose significant weight (in that moment, yeah, which is why boxers/weightlifters/MMA fighters etc use it, but not long term, that's just dehydration).

LOL just  stop it you are far

People do it since hundreds years ago ..many scientists / doctors studied and have confirmed this method , even me i tried it one time was tough to find one place in the crowd

so stay on your negative  idea trying to affirm the opposite like  you want

    • This came out on the official website yesterday. Updated list of events and competition schedules in Japanese.   Padel and Teqball are on the schedules. Looks like two events for Padel and five for Teqball.   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会競技プログラム.pdf   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会デイリースケジュール.pdf   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会セッションスケジュール.pdf   On the sports programme PDF, Padel is #25 and Teqball is #38.
    • looks like the agreement is the international federations are in fact hosting the event, not the AG organizers, so everything is up to them to make it happen.   Teqball is now confirmed to have 5 events (singles and doubles) does it mean easy 5 gold medals for Thailand ?   Padel is not 100% confirmed yet. I assume there are still talks ongoing between the IF and the Japanese organizers.
    • I feel like this year's Eurovision is more wide open than ever 😂   There isn't a clear favorite, and that makes everything more exciting. Finland is looking strong, sure, but Ukraine always knows how to surprise people and connect with them. I was checking out the odds a bit, and I was struck by how quickly they're rising.   By the way, I found a site that compares the odds pretty clearly: https://casasdeapuestaseurovision.com/   It’s nothing special, but it gives you an idea of how things are shaping up before the semifinals. Although we all know how this goes… at Eurovision, everything can change in a matter of minutes
