Turkmenistan in 4th, Algeria 7th, Jordania, Vietnam, Azerbaijan are very (too much) hight... where is Sweden? Where is Finland? They are surley better than Yemen and Ethiopia. Philippines, Turkeyand Egypt are better than Italy.. it's a joke?

Doesn't necessarily make it unsafe. If you're a tourist and you don't have the brain of a peanut, you won't really get in trouble in North Korea for example.

Sweden is at 85. Finland 90 (8th place).
Not surprising to se Sweden a bit below the top as gang crime has been given quite a bit of attention lately.
