Actually Italy is in 10th position of the ranking and 4th in London at 2015 World Championship

heywoodu 13,663 Posted August 11, 2016 #8 Share Posted August 11, 2016 This was a disappointing bit of qualifying. If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! dcro 10,192 Posted August 11, 2016 #9 Share Posted August 11, 2016 OMG, the played the bell at the finishing line. Germans thought they had one more lap and continued. #banbestmen

I agree, this is very worrying. They were absolute shit in team sprint all the years and now they ride an olympic record out of nowhere. Also interesting to know: Their (german) coach in mens team pursuit said that they already did a world record in training ... Half a year ago they won 2 golds, now they will probably end up with 6-7 golds again, this is just ridiculous. On the other hand it makes perfectly sense if you think about the british dominance at the Tour de France + Armitstead. Attachment is the great fabricator of illusions; reality can be obtained only by someone who is detached.
