By the way, that's the guy who didn't show up in quarterfinals at the OQT, but still qualified because of that completely idiotic rule that the quarterfinalist who lost to the winner would go to the Olympics, since he didn't show up against Mammadov who won the tournament because a German didn't show up in the final 

 

At least glad that this incredibly undeserved quota won't be used by him now, but it's a shame that nobody will be in time to replace him.
