You were quicker than my edit, yes. :p

I think they can overcome Italy also in total cases one day if they keep this pace :mumble: I think they are also updating their datas once a day now.

We almost have 2000 posts in this Corona-related thread alone. :hairpull:

For every post in this rather quickly moving thread, 200-250 cases have been confirmed.

The saddest thing that this virus caused is that our immigrants started fleeing back to Lithuania.

In the hotel that they are all quarantined in, one man already stabbed another man repeatedly during a fight.

We didn't want that part of Lithuania back,

Where do the Lithuanians generally go to? I mean, we've got large numbers of Polish and Bulgarians and so on (besides North Africans of course), but never in my life heard about Lithuanians :p

UK was the place to go for everyone for many many years and those who didn't get into UK decided to move to Ireland. That first bunch was a huge percentage of low-lifes, criminals, people with zero education that just left to work shit jobs for better money than they would have gotten back here.

Now a lot of us go to Germany and some to Denmark. And the hottest new country for our dreams is Norway.

The fact is that Lithuania became quite a safer country without those people around and it's a huge reason why everybody here was nervous about Brexit and them being flung back at us.

And I'm not saying that everybody that left were bad people, because I have a lot of amazing friends that are living in UK and Denmark, whilst half of my family is in Germany, but the fact is that majority of those that went away didn't even bother to finish school and such.

    • Yes, the Africa Cup is counted, but I mean the Americup will be removed before the end of the qualification period (1 December 2027). Because the event finished before 1 December 2025.
    • It is already counted. Madagascar has won both men's and women's tournaments.
    • I think the 2025 Africa Cup will be counted in the Olympic ranking because it was played on December 5-7, while ther Americup was played on November 27-30 so it should not be counted, right?   The ranking cut-off is 1 December 2027 and the events of the last 2 years are counted, so I think the Americup 2025 will be cut.

Also probably first time, where realistic there is only one sport with full medal chances (ski jumping). There are always small chances with likes of Hrobat (DH), Kranjec (GS), Štuhec (DH), our snowboarders or in biathlon relays. But to be honest, at least two or three medals in ski jumping would be just fine, to continue tradition winning medals at Winter Olympics, last Games without any medal were in Torino 2006.    Beijing 2022: 42 athletes Pyeongchang 2018: 71 athletes Sochi 2014: 66 athletes,...
