I don`t think. The advantage od Norway it`s too big. Giacomel would have to be a talent on the scale of Martin Fourcade to break the Norwegian dominance.

I didn't this year. But the Summer Grand Prix is like Formula 3 to Winter Ski-Jumping being the F1  I mean Zografski of all people won the Grand Prix last summer, which says it all.
