This could be the last ever Paralympics. Come 2028 it might well not be held because the IPC has split in two. That’s one legacy for Andrew Parsons. 
 

He could simply ignore CAS or even withdraw the IPC from them. Unless he is worried about falling from his hotel room window or is being blackmailed.

Exactly. I do not know hove they can sleep in the night knowing that Kosovo flag has a map on it.

To be fair the IOC and IPC are different bodies but it is a futher sign the IPC has been compromised by Russia and Parsons fears he will be out of the window if he upsets Putin.
