Wow, i didnt see coming both things: 1) its a popular sport in Canada, 2) somebody outside USA call it Soccer

Our federation is what bring down the sport. Possibly the worst ran federation besides rowing and maybe bobsled. Too many egos.

Even better - while Soccer has been used in a bunch of English speaking countries (even though it is slowly losing out to Football), Canada is, as far as I know, the only country where French speakers primarely refer to Association Football as Soccer.
