Im glad for the canadians of the forum, may be this results help to make more popular the sport in your country.

Soccer is already popular. It's the sport with the most participation

Wow, i didnt see coming both things: 1) its a popular sport in Canada, 2) somebody outside USA call it Soccer :(

Even better - while Soccer has been used in a bunch of English speaking countries (even though it is slowly losing out to Football), Canada is, as far as I know, the only country where French speakers primarely refer to Association Football as Soccer.
