You could go for the option I explained to Josh a couple posts earlier: choose one as your nation and keep the other as "second nation" unless someone else comes around to claim it

It's very hard.. In general i'm a supporter of the thory that the sport can be a factor for social, economical and cultural development for all country.

I believe in the Dutch forum the small European nations are not eligible but what the heck, feel free to choose them

according your criterias about less than 50 athletes, and out of the top 30 in the final tally...Slovakia will be eligible but I assume that we are not so much "exotic", so anyone know that my second favorite nation will be Ecuador, but they are probably not eligible too..so in this case I´ll choose Nicaragua
