I see :GBR naturalised some Dutch guy? And he beats Kjeld Nuis?

Unlike the :POR & :ITA athletes competing in Istanbul, all of our guys do have at least one legit British parent.  This weekend alone we have shared two medals with :MAS, for example.  (Alex Yee & Zoe Atkin).  But we also lose medals to other nations - Fanny Smith & Doug Yule :SUI both have two British parents.

    • Yeah. It was pretty bad that they cancel the contract with the original creative director after 7 months of work. I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony.
    • That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.
