Nowadays you also leave out vowels. It should say "WRLD RBN GMS - BDPST 2019".

Because I can only do it if I go down to “24 Hour Fitness”, which is a g filled with rich white city folk and millennials

The G appears the same way is GAISF logo, which is why it appears that way here too.

Because Bouldering was put in the Beach Games, though it think Speed and Boulder should have been added here.
