Not to say Ceccon was great, because he wasn't, but it's not like the failure to qualify was entirely on him  

we went out by 0.27, so yes, it's Ceccon fault mainly (he's the one who left the back at the start, not to mention the time lost, as he's the one with more differential between his chances and what he actually swum)

 

however, it's not the missed final the real problem, it's the bad attitude and the indiscipline...that's unacceptable, especially by your supposed team leader (in terms of talent)
