yes, because it's for NOC. We will have some places after they will chose a team,they have many divers like UK so they cand send totally different divers.

  Julia Sauter represents Romania at the World Championships. After finishing 7th at the European Championships, unfortunately the Romanian authorities did not help her with plane tickets or money to prepare for this competition. Just like 3 years ago when Julia had to participate in the World Championships in Japan, she had to receive money from people through "gofundme". I hope the story ends well with Julia in the top 24 because apart from the training that any athlete does, she also had to fight with the deficient state system in Romania...
