They haven't played a match in years and once we get closer to their first match they will probably withdraw. The final confirmation will be the Asian Games in a couple of months. I do believe Russia and Belarus will have some presence at the Olympics, the IOC is pushing hard for their inclusion. The teams will likely be small though. Ukraine is a bit of a unknown. The reality is they will most likely be alone in their boycott and with the Olympics being held in a Western European nation there might be enough pressure to get them to stay. Surprised that Jack Laugher is not down for the individual 3m Springboard - he's only competing in the synchro event. Had high hopes of wrapping up the majority of our diving quotas this year but actually not sure that we've sent the most experienced international competitors to Fukuoka.
