dcro 10,210 Posted January 15, 2020 #752 Share Posted January 15, 2020 It's interesting when you realize that the main character from 1917 looks familiar because you randomly saw him in some Scottish musical about two or so years ago. Long live IMdB cross-referencing! #banbestmen

I’ve seen one North Macedonian film (about Nazi/Bulgarian occupation during WW2) and really liked it. Also, it available anywhere online/streaming? “Sport has the power to change the world. It is really good, but I am not familiar with its availability outside of cinema. It's not just about isolation though, there are also some wonderful insights about culture and relationship with nature in general. #banbestmen
phelps 7,670 Posted January 16, 2020 #758 Share Posted January 16, 2020 Honeyland was included in last year's Sundance Festival, so it should be available somewhere (in Italy it's not, instead)... are you talking of this one, right? https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8991268/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

Olympian1010 7,971 Posted January 16, 2020 #760 Share Posted January 16, 2020 I believe it’s nominated for the foreign film Oscar. “Sport has the power to change the world.
