Diana Zagainova jumped a 14.02 and won a silver medal at the Universiade in the Triple Jump.

She is the third Lithuanian to jump over 14m this season, with Grikšaitė and Kilty at 14.05 and 14.02 :)

At the Baltic cup, Lithuania sent a rather weak team, but Aušraitė and Bubinaitė ran qualifying marks for the 2024 u18 championships in 400m and 800m.

Big news for the Memorial Ivo van Damme (Brussels Diamond League) and athletics fans: Bol and McLaughlin are both racing the 400mh! Their first race since the Oregon world championship I believe.:hyper:

Attachment is the great fabricator of illusions; reality can be obtained only by someone who is detached.

As well as the DL restarting, lots of smaller meets to be crammed into the next couple of weeks. First up - a big Throws meet in Thum, :GER formerly :GDR.  Lots of medallists in action, plus Germans - no overlaps on that Venn Diagram.
