Neymar is an idiot. I am sorry he represents my country.

Now the commentator on Brazilian TV is saying Neymar is a good boy and trying to capitalize on all this fake drama and fake crying. Yuck.

He should be banned, I have never seen such an unsportsmanlike, simulating and arrogant player. The worst is to see him treated as the hope of the nation.

Aren't you supposed to cheer for Brazil?

I understand @heywoodu. I can't force myself to, even though I'm Brazilian.

That's not entirely true, as brazilians were criticizing him a lot during the match + the commentators have been hard on him all week (with reason), even Galvao criticized him a lot until the crocodile tears. So people are realizing that he's not good for the team if he doesn't play football, which he's not doing.

For me the team should have some changes (Firmino?), otherwise it will be a bloodbath in further matches.

@FIFA "Neymar goal was the latest goal in regulation time the World Cup has ever seen"

    • Weightlifting formula is more or less similar to 2020 which was considered terrible by everybody!    this is a tough sport, you can't be in your best shape for too many events. there will be risks of serious injuries this way. with these rules you need 5 good results to qualify. if you bomb out in an event to score a zero you are out of the Olympics unless you replace it with another event. which means most of these poor guys have to participate in 7-8 events (and not just 5) to make up for possible bomb outs.    most importantly if you get injured anytime during this period (almost 2 years) you are out of the Olympics! that's how Sohrab Moradi missed the Tokyo Olympics despite breaking the WR during the qualification period. you can miss the Olympics in 2028 if you get injured late 2026 !  Karlos Nasar couldn't win the Olympic title if we had these rules in 2024   I understand 2024 qualification formula wasn't great either, it had its own flaws but this one is much worse for threatening athletes' health.
