At the very least. No doubt a Moroccan win would make Brussels a lot louder than a Belgian win

Did the Belgian captain after winning the pre-match draw unintentionally pointed his finger at the chest of the Japanese female referee and said we will stay here or it was just an optical illusion in my TV ?
