Benefito win 15th medal.


If Warner and DeGrasse medal tonight (which is highly do-able) Canada will be up to 18 (with Weibe's medal counted as well). Which ties London 2012!

I believe the COC's goal was at least 1 more than London, it's doable for sure! Tho Benfeito is 27 and Filion 29, we need to develop some new girls to take their place soon if not for 2020 than for 2024

Pamela Ware's sister and there was another girl who were performing well (but not consistent) on the platform... so there is a glimmer of hope.

I think Canada could very well come close to our record of 22 medals in Atlanta. Hopefully things can turn out for the relay, Henderson, DeJonge, women's soccer, mountain bike and LaMaze.

A lot of things would have to go right for that to happen. Even tying London would be satisfactory for me
