Tomorrow. French Canadian media are speculating good news.
Was supposed to be today but got delayed to tomorrow, can only imagine why, but I'd suspect the LVL situation.

As for the speculation, I read it again, I don't speak and was using translator, and it doesn't seem so. I originally read this translated line "

If Canada won after months of waiting, everything indicates that this place in C-2 will also give access to C-1 to Vincent Lapointe." as her getting a spot, but I think it now means she can race the c1 if given a quota in c2.
