Reguigui, one of the African cyclists who would be just as good as all those old European meh riders Dimension Data gets, but at least it'd be an African meh rider.

WADA has published it’s Independent Report. 11 adverse findings. 6 in Weightlifting, 1 each in Athletics, Badminton, Boxing, Cycling, and Equestrian.

Weightlifting we already knew about it what about other sports any idea about who have been caught?

No, that’s pretty much why I bothered to post this. Both the athletics and equestrian cases were Cannabis though.
