I'm not sure if this was mentioned before...

In the results portal can we have a latest replies section. It makes it easier to see if new results have been posted rather than going through individual sports.

In results portal, normally for majority of the events schedule is posted in advance and after event is complete the post is only updated and there is no new post. So, latest replies section won't be that useful.

For the ones I click that doesn't seem to be the case, though looking around that is true.

Yeah, as Dolby said, I could add it but it would be useless because latest update does not  mean latest reply, and the block only accepts latest replies, not latest edited posts. So it would work for some individual sports like Athletics and Swimming (1 event: 1 post after the end of the event), but not for team sports where the schedule is all posted in advance and then the post is just updated. And also for sports with draws (tennis, table tennis, fighting sports etc), because we post the template of the empty draws in advance and then just update the post.

Anyway I plan to start again the weekly calendar sooner or later, hopefully it will be sooner than later :d

Another good example of something I meant earlier:

In theory one could say "Hey, that can go in the general discussion thread", but on a forum that wants to be and look alive, this (opening a thread like @thiago_simoes did) is much better :)

im not sure

but when you open much threads you will use much memory  and  you have to pay much

I highly doubt threads are going to make a big difference in that, unless you start uploading thousands of MB's of photos or something.
