Only five are going though, as @brunamoura mentioned a few days ago, Jonte Treasure broke his hand in a fall on a slippery floor in Livigno last weekend and is back in Australia after surgery. 

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

That is right, I forgot that.  I still like the fact that they are willing to commit money to the future of the sport.

Technically they could still send him. If they’d already paid for everything, and he asked to go, there’s nothing stopping them from allowing that. I’m sure he won’t end up going, but I’m just merely pointing out a technicality.

It is truly a “Winter Olympics” since :NED has rejected all of their skiing quotas :p @heywoodu

Alpine Skiing

Rejected 3 Quotas: :BEL:CRO (both will only send 1 male skier)

Rejected 2 Quotas: :NED (will send 0 skiers)

RejectEd 1 Quota: :ARM (will send 0 skiers)

Gained A Male and Female Skier: :GEO

Gained A Female Skier: :CHN:IRI:LBN:THA

Gained A Male Skier: :RSA

 

Currently there will be more female alpine skiers than male alpine skiers in Lausanne :yikes:

 

Cross Country Skiing

Rejected 2 Quotas: :SRB (will send 0 skiers)

Rejected 1 Quota: :AND:JPN (both rejected their 2nd female quota, and will send 1M/1W)
