Tonga apparently withdrew from hosting 2019 Pacific Games. And looks like both Fiji and Papua New Guinea are not interested in hosting. Doesn't look good...

Women's mixed NOC 3x3 ice hockey tournament, women's doubles luge, women's nordic combined etc at the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics.

Good news...I thought they were going to add the freestyle halfpipe ski ballet. :lol:

Women's nordic combined / luge doubles and ski mountaineering could be nice events if they find their way into the Olympics.

Especially women's nordic combined is a good addition in my opinion. It's in the very, very early stages so it's way too early to have a serious competition at the Olympics yet, but for the Youth Olympics, a sport where the main issue is that everyone is still very young would actually be the perfect way to make a sport grow.

It´s in fact nowadays overtime system in Ice Hockey, but the mixed nations thing is really weird :p

    • Honestly, I don't really like these team sports that only have 6 teams. I understand there's a limit on the number of athletes, but it should be at least 8 per gender.
