Guigonnat forgot his penalty lap

It reminded me of the opposite that happened with Béatrix (2 or 3 years ago I think). Last shooting, he shoots clear and will fight for the podium, but he goes to the penalty lap and loses his chance

Not completely sure, but I guess constant domination does that to some people. Also, his arrogance after his final shots (successful ones) doesn't sit with me that well. And I hate what he did to Shipulin and Schempp in the finishes of few sprints, which apparently is fine with the rules, but I still found it unsportsmenlike.

In short, I'm just bitter. :)

I'm far from a Fourcade fan, but cheering is not exactly arrogance..

I don't understand Fialkova and Kuzmina in first two exchanges. Seems a waste.

Why? If you put them in 3rd and 4th, they might be well out of the race by the time they start.

    • Yeah. It was pretty bad that they cancel the contract with the original creative director after 7 months of work. I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony.
    • That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.
