Brief return to the best ever pursuit in Slovak Biathlon history.

 

2 girls in top 5, one on the second step of the podium. Really amazing result. Another day for our history.

 

Paulína with her 3rd careers WC podium, 2nd this season. So far this season she has not finished worse than 7th in all her 5 appearances. Really good start of the season, hopefully she´ll be able to maintain this form for some time.

 

Nastya still not at her top, but the progress is clearly visible, today the fastest time of the race is a good sign, still shooting being the main issue, but again, her supposed peak of the season is the World Champs, so still relatively a lot of time to improve.

 

Ivona, wanted to compete today instead of saving energy, and tried it, once again the start was very good, but then in the second shooting she missed twice and the gap became too big, since then it was just a solo ride for her, unfortunately including a lot of mistakes at the shooting range.
