But here comes Poll #6 already.

These are olympic champions in certain events.

Imagine that all these champions are on the top of their game at the very same moment in time.

Who would have won gold?

Be aware that the voting ends at Saturday March 12th, 9 a.m. CET.

These pollls are like event start lists, who would win, what you think?

Be also aware that these Imaginary Summer Olympics take part in Poland - Warsaw and around.

So I think individual time trial route will be rather flat with some small hills on the way.

But I believe we can find quite difficult, hilly terrain for MTB cross-country race in the woods around Warsaw.

(additional question for the Polish users: where would you find the TT and MTB routes around Warsaw? Their profiles - how would they look like???)

Below you can find our results summary and medal table.

Let's vote then!

my picks:

in the individual time trial, I voted for :ESP Miguel Indurain...

in the mountain bike race, this is a no brainer...:SUI Nino Schurter is simply the GOAT...

in the men's Keirin, it's more or less the same...I don't see anybody capable of getting even close to the best of Sir :GBR Chris Hoy...

    • North Korea is back to participating. I thought they may have withdrawn as they withdrew their women's hockey team
    • The Games are in China so I think the North Koreans will be taking part.
    • Speaking for myself, it is a bit daunting to think of nominations from nothing. Some kind of "long list" suggestion would be nice, but the work to come up with something like 30-50 options for each category would be quite onerous on the host/committee.
    • Before the last round only two teams are secured to play in round of 16: Liverpool and Barcelona   Already qualified at least at second round (playoff or R16): Arsenal, Aston Villa, Atalanta, Atleti, Bayern, Brest, Celtic, Dortmund, Feyenoord, Inter, Juventus, Leverkusen, Lille, Milan, Monaco, Real Madrid     There are nine teams with an elimination confirmed: Bologna, Crvena Zvezda, Girona, Leipzig, Salzburg, Slovan Bratislava, Sparta Praha, Sturm Graz, Young Boys   Last round next week
