I'm seeing claims about people sleeping in line waiting for more cash for the ATMs.

Smells like he is putting it out there because his army is struggling (according to the increasing number of reports).

In the end he may use it with zero NATO intervention... :zip:

“Large queues are forming in front of bank terminals in Moscow & other Russian towns. Photo taken at 5am.”

With one of the reasons being "NATO leaders have made aggressive statements about our country ".

Sadly not unrealistic (in my opinion). Two thoughts:

1) Would anyone start nuclear war over Putin dropping an atomic bomb on Ukraine/Poland/Germany?

2) Even if a nuclear war happens, there will probably be survivors. It will be difficult to build civilization up again if the whole earth is unhabitable, so it would be great if everyone could agree on sparing a certain area (an island like Australia/New Zealand/GB/Japan) in order to rebuild civilization there.

Attachment is the great fabricator of illusions; reality can be obtained only by someone who is detached.
