Marco Arop won the men’s 800m title with a very pedestrian 1:45.44, hopefully means he’s saving his legs for Worlds.

Justin O’Toole in second with a more than half second with 1:45.51, Matti Erickson also sub 1:46 with 1:45.97 in third, and Abdullahi Hassan fourth in 1:46.30.

Last highlight of the day, sorry for the spam, Ethan Katzberg won the men’s hammer throw title with a best throw of 81.33m.

Jeremiah Nubbe was second with 71.78m, he’s been injured for most of the year so that’s a promising sign, and Rowan Hamilton finished third with (a disappointing) 71.25m (a few metres off what he usually throws)

Audrey Leduc won the senior women's 100m with 11.06 ahead of  Sade McCreath (11.09).

Duan Asemota won the men's 100m in a 10.12 photo finish, just edging out Aaron Brown (10.13).

Andre De Grasse did not compete

Would have been interesting to see what Asemota would have ran if he hadn't turned sideways and started jawing at the others

The results system for the event in Montreal shows 3:32.38 as the time for Foster Malleck in the 1500m. Not entirely sure if that is correct.

That’s indeed correct, he’s now the #2 all-time Canadian :yikes:

3:36.07 for Max Davies as well, about a second off his PB but still a solid time for him.
