Still weeks behind, but can recommend the four stages of the Tour de Provence if you’re looking for something to watch.

L'Equipe had interviewed 381 racers from the World Tour asking what is their favorite race between the 5 monuments and which race should (if any) join the list of the most prestigious one day classics.

 

Favorite race:

1) Paris-Roubaix : 29.7%

2) Tour of Flanders : 25%

3) Liège-Bastogne-Liège : 19.6%

4) Lombardia : 14.2%

5) Milan-San Remo: 11.5%

 

A majority, 53.5%, believe the Strade Bianche should join the list. Other races get a few votes, and 28.1% think we should stay as it is.
