Gigs 68 Posted December 28, 2018 #642 Share Posted December 28, 2018 Hahaha what a race by vlhova. Seriously though, you could have seen that coming after she was by far the fastest in the first run from the first split onwards. Also I find it quite funny that after the first 6 athletes of the first run were within 16 hundreds there now are two skiers who weren't among those 6 on the podium

Monzanator 3,600 Posted December 28, 2018 #646 Share Posted December 28, 2018 It's a happy day for Slovakia but likewise for Poland as Maryna Gasienica-Daniel finishes in 19th place! She was 17th in the parallel slalom in Courchevel last season so this is by far her best result in a "regular" event. Even Katarzyna Karasinska cheered her on FB and KK's best World Cup result was 12th in the Semmering slalom in 2006 so guess this is a lucky place for Polish female skiers! hckošice and Col_Frost

He got away pretty lucky considering the crash.. If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! dcro 10,182 Posted December 29, 2018 #649 Share Posted December 29, 2018 Shiffrin and Vlhova are chasing each other these days like Andrew Nicholson and Blyth Tait did in the 90s. #banbestmen
hckošice 13,275 Posted December 29, 2018 Author #650 Share Posted December 29, 2018 This definitey was not the best careers run from Petra in this 1st run...Shiffrin already assured to win but Bernadette Schild lol
