I like to think of the omnium as the individual version of a six day. If you look at the races it makes sense. Plus, I do think this new format is more exciting for cycling fans.

Well, it's not Argentina's fault, but that of Pan Am Sports for reducing the quota in this sport :finger:

I was taking a look at the historic medal table, and apart from :ARU & :IVB, the countries that have been more time without any medals are:

 

:BIZ since 1979

:ISV since 1995

:SUR since 1999
