good silver medal in the men's triple jump by Dallavalle (disappointing measure, but against Pichardo he couldn't get more in any case)...

unlucky 4th place by Tobia Bocchi (with that no jump which would have been good until 2 years ago he also would have got a medal today)...

 

in the meantime, Fantini on the verge of another disappointing performance in the women's Hammer Throw (once again, she isn't even close to his SB when it really matters...I'm so tired of these Italian athletes getting good results in minor meets that don't count for anything and then flopping when they go at the global championships)...
